Full-time 2nd Shift Electric Motor Technician Supervisor

Industrial operations depend on reliable equipment, reliable equipment depends on skilled technicians, and skilled technicians depend on engaged leaders. In this role, you will diagnose complex motor issues, repair, and test industrial electromechanical equipment to ensure peak performance. As a key member of our team, you'll play an important role in restoring critical equipment and helping maintain the reliability our customers depend on.

As our 2nd Shift Electrical Motor Technician Supervisor, you'll make sure that all electromechanical equipment repairs and services completed by you and your team meet company quality expectations and standards. You'll supervise the motor technicians as they repair equipment, monitoring their performance and ensuring they follow all safety protocols. You'll offer valuable feedback during annual employee reviews and provide on-the-job training as needed.

If a team member needs help, you'll jump in to assist with what you can.

In addition, you'll evaluate work orders, diagnose, and repair AC and DC electromechanical equipment. Responsibilities include disassembling and inspecting equipment, replacing worn parts, reassembling units, and conducting final performance tests. You'll also document jobs, operate specialized repair equipment, and handle heavy components safely.
