What We're Looking For
We're looking for someone who is compassionate, organized, resourceful, and motivated to help others succeed.
Strong communication, relationship-building, and problem-solving skills.
Ability to manage multiple priorities and work independently.
Comfortable working in a field-based/community setting.
Valid driver's license, reliable transportation with current insurance.
Ability to complete required background and drug screenings.
Experience in the following is a plus:
Vocational rehabilitation
Employment services or job coaching
Workforce development
Human or disability services
Case management
Working with veterans or individuals with disabilities
