High Reach Forklift Operator

We are seeking skilled forklift operators to supply assemblers with materials for production and transport completed parts to shipping for delivery. This role also involves working in the shipping and receiving area to load trucks with parts ready for shipment. Operators must be proficient with both stand-up and sit-down forklifts, depending on the area assigned.

• Supply materials to assemblers for production.
• Transport completed parts to the shipping area for delivery.
• Work in shipping and receiving to load trucks with completed parts.
• Operate stand-up and sit-down forklifts safely and effectively.

• Proficiency in operating stand-up and sit-down forklifts.
• Ability to pass a forklift test demonstrating safe and effective equipment operation.
• Experience with material handling, shipping, and receiving.

• Experience in warehouse settings.
• Attention to safety in tight quarters.
• Ability to adapt to a fast-paced environment.

The workplace is a fast-paced, customer-focused environment with tight quarters requiring strong safety awareness. The facility is not climate-controlled, resulting in warm conditions during summer and cool conditions in winter. Employees are part of a union and are required to pay union dues.

This is a contract to hire position based out of York, PA.

The pay range for this position is $19.21 - $21.21/hr eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
