CDL A Fleet Driver

S&H Express is hiring CDL A Dedicated Regional Dry Van Drivers in York, PA. Compensation

• Guaranteed minimum weekly pay: $1,900
• Base
  64
  
  CPM, paid practical miles for all miles
• Paid 85 CPM for every mile over 1,800 miles weekly
• Detention pay
• Bonuses:
  • Monthly safety incentives up to $500
  • Referral bonus: $1,500 paid over 3 months for referred company drivers with 1+ year of experience
• Paid via direct deposit weekly

Home Time, Route, & Schedule

• Home time:
  Home weekends for 34 hour reset & 1-2 times during week
• Schedule:
  
  Leave out Sunday/Monday, home Friday/Saturday for reset
• Route:
  Primarily hauling to CT, upstate NY (no NYC), NJ, OH, NC, VA, PA
• Level of Touch:100% No touch freight

Equipment

• Truck fleet is less than 5 years old!
• Automatic&manual transmission
• Governed speed: 65 mphon pedal, 67 mph on cruise
• Event triggered inward & outward facing cameras
• ELD equipped using Samsara system

Qualifications

• Must be at least 23 years of age
• Must have CDL A license
• Must have a minimum of 1 year verifiabletractor-trailer driving experience
• No DUI/DWIs in last 5 years
• No more than 3 preventable accidents in the past 3 years depending on severity
• Must meet Department of Transportation (Use the "Apply for this Job" box below). and physical requirements and be knowledgeable of DOT regulations
• Must be able to pass a required pre-employment drug screen, physical, & background check

  Drivers must live within 45 miles of York, PA or be willing torelocatefor this position
