Compensation

• Average weekly gross pay: $4,500 - $5,000
  • 72% of gross revenue on every load
  • 100% of fuel surcharge paid
• Detention pay
• Bonuses:
  • Referral bonus: $2,500 paid over 3 months for referred owner operators with 1+ year of experience
• Paid via direct deposit weekly

Home Time, Route, & Schedule

• Home time:
  Home weekends for 34 hour reset & 1-2 times during week
• Schedule:
  
  Leave out Sunday/Monday, home Friday/Saturday for reset
• Route:
  Primarily hauling to CT, upstate NY (no NYC), NJ, OH, NC, VA, PA
• Level of Touch:100% No touch freight

Equipment Requirements

• Must have your own truck
  • No truck year requirement!
• Must be able to pass a Pennsylvania state inspection
• Must be Samsara ELD compatible

Qualifications

• Must be at least 23 years of age
• Must have CDL A license
• Must have a minimum of 1 year verifiabletractor-trailer driving experience
• No DUI/DWIs in last 5 years
• No more than 3 preventable accidents in the past 3 years depending on severity
• Must meet Department of Transportation (Use the "Apply for this Job" box below). and physical requirements and be knowledgeable of DOT regulations
• Must be able to pass a required pre-employment drug screen, physical, & background check

  Drivers preferred within 45 miles of York, PA or be willing torelocatefor this position
