Hirschbach is Hiring Company CDL-A Drivers for Dedicated Account.
Class A CDL Company Drivers for Dedicated Account
Drivers on this fleet will be delivering to different Walmart and Sam's Club stores. This includes both day and night driving. Drivers may backhaul, but it will usually be empty.
Company Drivers enjoy the following:
- $1,600 Availability Incentive Pay
- Availability Incentive Pay is subject to restrictions and inclusive of any per diem pay. Must be available six days for dispatch

Per Diem Reimbursement:
$0.15 CPM, for an average of $59 per day of non-taxable income. Included in the rate of pay above.

- 0-3 months: $0.01
- 3-6 months: $0.02
- 6-12 months: $0.03
- 1 year: $0.05
- 2 years: $0.06
- 3 years: $0.07
- 4 years: $0.08
- 5 years: $0.10
- 10 years: $0.15
