What does it mean to be a part of the Order Selection team?
In this fast‑paced role you are the boots on the ground responsible for accurately and efficiently pulling customer orders within the warehouse. You will palletize orders, move product with motorized equipment (Electric Pallet Jacks), and ensure items are placed in the correct assigned locations.
CompensationStarting wage is $21.36/hour.
Schedule- Sunday plus 4 days during the week
- Guaranteed Saturdays off and 1 additional day during the week
- Average 8.5–10 hour shifts

- Must be 18 years or older
- Warehouse experience selecting is preferred but not required
- Can lift 20–60 lbs consistently and occasionally push, reach, pull, and grip
- Can work in various temperatures and is available for work on Sundays
- Must be able to work in and under equipment and at ground level and high places
- Requires manual dexterity, overall coordination and good balance
- Identify pick locations and safely pick items
- Inspect assigned equipment for safety issues
- Picks the correct item and quantity, checking UPCs or item descriptions
- Place labels and shrink wrap with correct information
- Stage pallets in appropriate bay and build a stable pallet
- Immediately inform a supervisor or manager of potential safety threats or policy violations
- Operate pallet jack/pushcart safely and efficiently
- Maintain good judgment when direct supervision is not immediately available
- Ability to meet established minimum rate for department
- Astute, close attention to detail
- Follow all selecting procedures and verbal instructions in the respective area: grocery, repack, cooler/freezer
- Understand procedures in other warehouse areas for a global understanding of processes
- Ability to lift up to 60 lbs and perform repetitive arm, wrist, and hand movements
- Exposed to temperatures ranging from
-20°F to 90°F depending on operation - Can work with hands and arms overhead, under equipment, and in both ground level and high places
- Requires manual dexterity, coordination, balance, and specific vision abilities (close, distance, peripheral, depth perception)
