The Restock Driver will be responsible for retrieving inventory from both floor locations and up-stock storage for Product Transfers and deliver to the designated area for stocking or shipment. The Restock Driver is required to operate machinery following all safety rules and regulations.
COMPENSATION & SCHEDULE$20.60 hourly
Full-Time Monday
- Friday (two different shifts available)
- 10am-7:30pm
- 2pm - 11:30pm

- Operate material handling equipment needed to perform primary role i.e. Forklift, Cherry Picker, Reach Truck, Stock Chaser (Cart), Pallet jack, Scanners, Tablets and Company WMS.
- Perform and complete daily safety inspection check list for all equipment used.
- Maintain productivity minimum requirements CPH, and work with a sense of urgency.
- Retrieve inventory from up-stock and floor locations and deliver to designated areas.
- Operate barcode scanner and use warehouse software.
- Act professionally and remain focused while working.
- Safely operate all warehouse equipment.
- Follow directions of leadership.
- Perform cleaning activities as required.
- Maintain a safe and clean warehouse.
- Maintain a positive attitude.
- Additional responsibilities as assigned by management.
- Must be 18 years or older.
- Have the physical strength and dexterity to lift and carry up to 50 lbs.
- Ability to use electronic devices and basic computer/reporting skills.
- Ability to follow detailed instructions.
- Ability to operate warehouse machinery
- Forklift/Cherry Picker Driver Experience. - Ability to stand and walk for 8+ hours per day.
- Ability to bend, stoop, and twist repetitively.
- Ability to work independently without close supervision.
- Ability to count, add, subtract, multiply and divide numbers quickly and accurately.
- Ability to read and understand labels written in English.
- Ability to work flexible hours and overtime when required.
Must be able to wear proper safety equipment if required (examples include safety toe shoes, bump caps and safety vest).
Note:
PPE is company-provided with a $100 stipend on safety-toe shoes after 90 days of employment if required for your specific role - not all roles require specific PPE. Please check with your HR/Training team for details on if your role requires specific PPE.
In performing the job of a Restock Driver, the employee must stand and walk for an 8+ hour shift. Additionally, the position requires frequent lifting, carrying, pushing, pulling, stooping, kneeling, crouching, reaching and handling of items up to 50 lbs. Moderate hand-eye coordination, near vision, far vision and hearing are required for the operation of warehouse machinery.
WORKING ENVIRONMENT- The job will be performed entirely in the warehouse where conditions can range from warm to cool.
- The job will be performed around warehouse machines and equipment with a moderate level of noise.
