Cherry Picker / Order Selector (2nd Shift)

York, PA

Shift: 2nd Shift (Train on 1st shift for 3 weeks)

Schedule:

Monday–Friday | 3:00 PM – 11:30 PM

Job Overview:
Operate a cherry picker and stand-up forklift to pull and prepare wallpaper orders in a warehouse setting. Work at heights up to 25–30 feet while ensuring accuracy, safety, and on-time shipping.

• Operate cherry picker, stand-up forklift & swing reach equipment
• Pick orders using paper pick sheets with high accuracy
• Verify item numbers, locations, and quantities
• Stage and prepare orders for shipping
• Process shipments using UPS & Fed Ex systems
• Lift and move materials up to 50 lbs
• Wear safety harness while working at heights
• Maintain clean, organized work area
• Follow all warehouse safety procedures

• 2+ years forklift experience
• 1+ year cherry picker or order picker experience preferred
• Warehouse and/or manufacturing experience
• Ability to read and follow pick sheets
• Comfortable working at heights (25–30 ft)
• Able to lift up to 50 lbs consistently
• Strong attention to detail
• Ability to work full shift wearing safety harness

Preferred Skills

• UPS / Fed Ex shipping experience
• Inventory, picking, and staging experience
• Electric pallet jack or reach truck experience
• Team-oriented mindset

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of York, PA.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $19.00 - $19.00/hr eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
