Packer, Warehouse

MCC seeks dependable Packers for 2nd and 3rd shift to prepare, inspect, and pack relief and development materials for global distribution. Responsibilities include accurately filling orders, labeling and sealing cartons, following inventory and documentation procedures, and maintaining a clean, safe work area. Packers support MCC's Christian, faith-driven mission by ensuring donated and purchased items are handled with care and integrity, working collaboratively in a cross-cultural warehouse environment to serve vulnerable communities worldwide.

Responsibilities

• Accurately pick, pack, label, and seal cartons for shipment and distribution
• Inspect items for quality, damage, and accuracy before packing
• Follow inventory, documentation, and basic shipping procedures
• Operate basic warehouse equipment such as carts and pallet jacks
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area in accordance with MCC guidelines
• Follow established safety procedures and lifting techniques
• Coordinate with supervisors and team members to meet daily packing goals
• Support MCC's Christian, faith-driven mission through careful handling of relief materials
