Material Handler

Hours: Monday-Friday 6:30 am - 5:00 pm (10-hour days)

Pay: $19.28/hour and up, based on experience.

Location: York, South Carolina

Are you a detail-oriented professional who enjoys a fast-paced environment? We are looking for a skilled Material Handler to join our Production team. This isn’t just a "lifting" job—we need someone who can seamlessly bridge the gap between physical labor and digital inventory management. You’ll be the gears that keep our production lines moving, ensuring our teams have exactly what they need, exactly when they need it.

• Keep Production Humming:
  Proactively pull finished products from the lines and ensure all workstations are fully stocked with supplies.
• Master the Forklift:
  Safely operate forklifts and machinery to move materials throughout the facility and load/unload shipping trailers.
• Digital Inventory Tracking:
  Use computer systems and MS Excel to document material movement, record unit locations, and verify production orders.
• Monitor & Report:
  Keep a sharp eye on stock levels, record inventory locations, and report any shortages before they become problems.
• Maintain Excellence:
  Follow all safety protocols and keep inventory areas, loading docks, and machinery clean and organized.

  Skills:
  
  You must have strong computer/data entry skills and a basic understanding of MS Excel.
• Multitasking Pro:
  You are adept at handling multiple complex tasks simultaneously while meeting tight deadlines.
• Attention to Detail:
  You can read and analyze production orders with high accuracy.
• Physical Stamina:
  You are comfortable being on your feet for up to 12 hours and can regularly lift 25 lbs (and occasionally up to 50 lbs with assistance).
• Experience:
  
  Prior forklift experience and a High School Diploma/GED are preferred, though we are open to candidates with equivalent on-the-job training.

Data Entry & Basic MS Excel

Ability to lift 25–50 lbs. and stand for 12-hour shifts
