• Orientation facilitator and ongoing staff education
• Plan and conduct staff orientation and in‑service training, monthly
• Maintain education and health screening records of facility staff
• Complete and maintain health screenings and vaccination records for all facility staff
  
  Ensure compliance with regulatory and infection control standards
• Maintain and facilitate compliant education for all staff, monthly
• Promote staff growth, competency and quality care

• Current RN license in South Carolina
• Long‑term care experience preferred
• Licensed RN in South Carolina
• 2+ years supervisory or administrative experience
• Strong leadership and organizational skills
• Strong assessment, documentation, and teamwork skills
