We’re looking for a Licensed Practical Nurse to join the weekend team who’s flexible, dependable, and passionate about quality care. The LPN will assess resident needs, support care plan implementation, and provide compassionate clinical care. Lead and mentor CNAs while helping the team deliver consistent, person-centered care every day.
