• Assess resident needs.
• Support care plan implementation.
• Provide compassionate clinical care.
• Lead and mentor CNAs.
• Deliver consistent, person‑centered care every day.

• Must meet Primary State of Residence and Nurse Licensure Compact requirements.
• Current South Carolina LPN license in good standing.
• Compassionate, patient, and empathetic personality.
• Strong communication, leadership, and problem‑solving skills.
• Ability to work professionally with residents, families, staff, and physicians.
• Long‑term care experience preferred but not required.
