We are a 109-bed skilled care and rehabilitation facility who provides person-centered care to each of our residents.
We’re looking for a Licensed Practical Nurse to join our weekend team who’s flexible, dependable, and passionate about quality care. You’ll assess resident needs, support care plan implementation, and provide compassionate clinical care. Lead and mentor CNAs while helping the team deliver consistent, person-centered care every day.

- As a condition of employment, nurses must meet Primary State of Residence (PSOR) and Nurse Licensure Compact (NLC) requirements. Nurses must maintain an active nursing license in their Primary State of Residence. Nurses whose Primary State of Residence is South Carolina must hold a South Carolina nursing license and a South Carolina driver s license or state-issued a South Carolina address.
Candidates residing outside of South Carolina must maintain appropriate licensure in accordance with their Primary State of Residence and NLC requirements. - Current South Carolina LPN license in good standing.

- Ability to work professionally with residents, families, staff, and physicians.
- Long-term care experience preferred but not required.
