White Oak Manor York, a 109-bed skilled care and rehabilitation facility in York, SC, is seeking a Licensed Practical Nurse to join our weekend team. You’ll assess resident needs, support care plan implementation, and provide compassionate clinical care.
Lead and mentor CNAs while helping the team deliver consistent, person-centered care every day. We require a South Carolina LPN license in good standing, PSOR/NLC compliance, and a 2-year degree.
