White Oak Manor York is seeking a licensed Practical Nurse for weekend shifts (Sat-Sun 7pm-7am) with additional Wed-Thu 11pm-7am coverage in York, SC. A $15,000 sign-on bonus is available.
You will assess residents, implement care plans, mentor CNAs, and deliver compassionate care in a 109-bed facility focused on person-centered services. Requirements include an active SC LPN license, PSOR/NLC eligibility, and ability to work with residents, families, staff, and physicians.
