We are a 109-bed beautiful campus with skilled nursing and rehabilitation center.
SHIFTS at our location are- 1st shift 7am - 3pm
- 2nd shift 3pm - 11pm
- 3rd shift 11pm - 7am

Must be an active listing on the South Carolina CNA registry.
What You’ll Do- Assist residents with activities of daily living (ADLs) including bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting, and feeding.
- Take and record vital signs (temperature, pulse, respiration, blood pressure).
- Observe and report changes in residents’ condition to the nurse.
- Provide mobility support and assist with transfers and ambulation.
- Follow care plans and physician/nursing instructions.
- Support infection control procedures, including hand hygiene and proper PPE use.
- Document resident care accurately and timely in clinical records.
- Assist with meals and hydration as needed.
