White Oak Manor York is seeking a Licensed Practical Nurse for the weekend night shift (Saturday and Sunday, 7pm–7am) at our York, SC facility. A $5,000 sign-on bonus is offered. You’ll assess resident needs, support care plan implementation, mentor CNAs, and deliver compassionate clinical care while ensuring person-centered services.
Active SC LPN license required; PSOR/NLC compliance applies. Competitive pay based on experience with weekend differentials and PTO after 90 days.
