We are currently offering a $10,000 Sign-On Bonus for this position. Weekend Premium Registered Nurse Supervisor – Saturday and Sunday from 7am

We are a 109-bed skilled care and rehabilitation facility who provides person-centered care to each of our residents.

We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Registered Nurse (RN) Supervisor to join our long‑term care facility. The ideal candidate will provide clinical leadership, oversee nursing staff, and ensure the delivery of high‑quality, compassionate care to our residents while maintaining compliance with all state and federal regulations.

What You’ll Do:
  • Supervise and support nursing staff (LPNs, CNAs, and aides) during assigned shifts
  • Ensure residents receive care in accordance with care plans, physician orders, and facility policies
  • Monitor resident conditions, assess changes, and initiate appropriate clinical interventions
  • Administer medications and treatments as needed and ensure proper documentation
  • Collaborate with physicians, therapists, and interdisciplinary team members to coordinate resident care
  • Respond to medical emergencies and ensure timely and appropriate follow‑up
  • Maintain compliance with state and federal regulations, including survey readiness
  • Provide staff education, coaching, and corrective guidance when necessary
  • Communicate effectively with residents and families regarding care needs and concerns
  • Participate in quality improvement initiatives and promote a culture of safety and compassion
  • Deliver compassionate, professional nursing care every other weekend
  • Complete accurate assessments and timely documentation
  • Support CNAs and LPNs with clinical oversight and guidance
  • Respond to resident needs, changes in condition, and emergencies
  • Collaborate with interdisciplinary team members to ensure quality care
Qualifications:

As a condition of employment, nurses must meet Primary State of Residence (PSOR) and Nurse Licensure Compact (NLC) requirements. Nurses must maintain an active nursing license in their Primary State of Residence. Nurses whose Primary State of Residence is South Carolina must hold a South Carolina nursing license and a South Carolina driver's license or state‑issued  a South Carolina address. Candidates residing outside of South Carolina must maintain appropriate licensure in accordance with their Primary State of Residence and NLC requirements.

  • Active Registered Nurse (RN) license in good standing in SC
  • Minimum of 2 years of nursing experience, preferably in a long‑term care or skilled nursing setting
  • Previous supervisory or charge nurse experience strongly preferred
  • Demonstrated ability to lead, coach, and support nursing staff
  • Strong knowledge of geriatric nursing care, care planning, and interdisciplinary collaboration
  • Excellent clinical assessment, critical thinking, and decision‑making skills
  • Knowledge of state and federal long‑term care regulations and survey readiness
  • Ability to remain calm and organized in fast‑paced or emergency situations
  • Strong clinical judgment, documentation, and teamwork skills
  • Ability to work independently while supporting weekend operations
