Oversee the people, processes, and products required to execute a shift; set shift goals, assign tasks, ensure processes are properly followed, and respond to guests' needs.;

Prioritize the guest and team member experience and resolve complaints in friendly and respectful manner.;

Maintain operational standards and ensure compliance with all policies; uphold service, product quality, and cleanliness standards.
