In-Store Appointment Setter

Brothers Heating, Cooling, Plumbing is seeking an In-Store Appointment Setter to represent our residential HVAC and plumbing services inside local retail locations. In this role, you'll engage shoppers, start friendly conversations, and qualify homeowners interested in improving comfort or solving plumbing issues. You'll explain our services, capture accurate customer information, and schedule in-home appointments for our technicians. Success in this role requires strong communication, professionalism, and reliability.

Responsibilities

• Engage retail shoppers and start conversations about HVAC and plumbing needs
