In-Store Lead Generation Specialist

Brothers Heating, Cooling, Plumbing is seeking an In-Store Lead Generation Specialist to represent our residential HVAC and plumbing services inside local retail locations. You'll engage shoppers, start friendly conversations, qualify their comfort and plumbing needs, and schedule in-home estimates for our technicians. Working closely with our sales and service teams, you'll meet daily and weekly lead goals, accurately capture customer information, and maintain a professional branded display.

This role offers steady local work, growth in the trades, and the chance to help customers solve real home comfort problems.

Responsibilities

• Engage retail shoppers to introduce HVAC and plumbing services
• Qualify customer home comfort and plumbing needs
• Schedule in-home consultations and estimates for technicians
• Meet or exceed daily and weekly lead and appointment goals
• Accurately collect and enter customer information into CRM or lead forms
• Set up, maintain, and restock in-store displays and marketing materials
• Communicate upcoming promotions and service offerings to customers
• Coordinate with sales and service teams to ensure smooth follow-up
• Represent Brothers Heating, Cooling, Plumbing professionally in partner stores
• Report on lead quality, foot traffic, and customer feedback to supervisors
