Lead Generation Specialist

Brothers Heating, Cooling, Plumbing is seeking a Lead Generation Specialist to drive residential and light commercial HVAC and plumbing sales. In this role, you will identify and qualify new leads through outbound calls, email, and online research, and respond to inbound inquiries from homeowners and small businesses. You'll nurture prospects, schedule estimates for our field teams, and maintain accurate records in our CRM.

Working closely with sales and operations, you'll help fill the schedule, support marketing campaigns, track results, and contribute ideas to improve outreach while representing our reliable, service-focused brand.

Responsibilities

• Generate and qualify residential and light commercial HVAC and plumbing leads
• Conduct outbound calls, emails, and online research to identify prospects
• Respond to inbound inquiries and convert them into qualified opportunities
• Schedule estimates and appointments for field sales and service teams
• Maintain accurate lead and contact data in the CRM system
• Support marketing campaigns and promotions with targeted outreach
• Track and report on lead volume, conversion rates, and pipeline status
• Collaborate with sales and operations to keep technicians' schedules full
