Learn more:  As an Allied Universal Officer at a busy manufacturing and industrial location, you will support access control at entrances and key points, greet employees and visitors, verify credentials, and help manage badge and log systems. You will conduct routine patrols, stay visible to help reduce security-related incidents, and communicate clearly with site teams. What You'll Do:

• Provide customer service to clients and visitors by following Allied Universal security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and/or emergency response activities at an industrial location.
• Staff access control points by checking identification, issuing temporary credentials as directed, managing visitor check-in and/or check-out, and maintaining accurate access logs.
• Control vehicle and/or delivery access by verifying shipping and receiving documentation, directing traffic flow at gates, and communicating access issues to site contacts.
• Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, including reporting hazards, suspicious activity, and/or policy violations through the appropriate channels.
• Conduct regular and random patrols of buildings, production-adjacent areas, parking lots, and the perimeter to help to deter unauthorized activity and identify maintenance or procedural concerns.

Minimum Requirements:

• Comfortable using computer or tablet is preferred.
• Customer service experience is preferred.
• CPR/First Aid is preferred.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
• A valid driver's license will be required for driving positions only.
