Imagine working in a high‑tech greenhouse where precision, problem‑solving, and quick thinking are essential. As an Industrial Maintenance Technician
, you’ll be at the heart of keeping our facility in peak condition. You’ll troubleshoot, repair, and maintain the mechanical, electrical, and plumbing systems that make our greenhouse operation one of the best in the industry. You won’t just be fixing things, you’ll be making an impact, ensuring that our plants and people thrive every single day.

• Perform routine maintenance throughout the greenhouse facility to ensure optimal operation.
• Repair leaking and/or broken water pipes in water treatment buildings.
• Troubleshoot and repair production line conveyors, motors, and gearboxes.
• Maintain and repair retractable greenhouse roofs and walls.
• Install new irrigation equipment, including plumbing pipes and irrigation pumps.
• Assist in various maintenance tasks as assigned by the Director of Operations.
• Be on‑call for maintenance emergencies approximately every 6‑8 weeks.
• Perform other duties as required to support greenhouse operations.

• Strong attention to detail and problem‑solving skills.
• Ability to follow through and complete all tasks efficiently.
• Excellent electrical wiring and troubleshooting capabilities.
• Plumbing knowledge to address leaks and breaks.

• 2+ years of experience in industrial maintenance.
• Experience with PLC/Automation systems.
• HVAC experience.

• Primarily an outdoor role with occasional work inside office spaces for administrative tasks.
• Exposure to greenhouse elements, including dust, allergens, and varying weather conditions.
• Work in confined spaces and at heights over 10 feet.
• Frequent standing, sitting, squatting, bending, reaching, and twisting.
• Ability to lift 35 lbs unaided and up to 50 lbs with assistance.
• Must be available to work evenings and weekends as business needs arise, especially during peak seasons.
