Senior Travel Consultant

Founded in May 2016 and headquartered in the ancient city of York, MVP Travel was formed by people fanatical about travel and American sports. We’d experienced the difficulties of trying to secure the tickets we wanted and were overwhelmed by the choices and information we had to wade through when choosing where to stay and what to do.

Specialising in tailor‑made trips with American sport at the centre, we put you in the driving seat to formulate your dream itinerary to see your team or event on American soil.

This is a full‑time on‑site role located in York for a Senior Travel Consultant. The Senior Travel Consultant will be responsible for creating bespoke itineraries based on clients’ expectations, advising clients on travel arrangements, managing travel plans, and providing excellent customer service. The role involves creating bespoke travel itineraries, managing client relationships, and ensuring that all travel aspects meet the client’s needs and expectations.

• Experience in Travel Consulting and/or Travel Management
• Skills in Travel Arrangements and making Reservations
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Experience in the travel industry is a plus
• Bachelor’s degree in Tourism, Hospitality, or related field is a plus
