The Inn Collection Group’s Harrogate Inn is seeking an Assistant Manager to support the General Manager and lead our welcoming, busy pub-with-rooms team. You will coach staff, ensure guest satisfaction, and uphold brand standards in a busy, friendly setting.
Reporting to the General Manager, you’ll oversee daily operations, coordinate with Chefs and suppliers, manage stock and admin, and be ready for occasional sleepovers and guest responses.
