A growing supplier of automatic doors is looking to grow their team of specialist Automatic Door Technicians. This is an exceptional opportunity for an experienced Technician with a background in automatic doors, based in New York.

Key Responsibilities as an Automatic Door Technician:

Perform service, maintenance, and repair tasks for a variety of swing/slide automatic doors from multiple manufacturers
Accurately complete all necessary service forms, reports, and documentation, while maintaining CRM and service systems in compliance with company policy
Support system installation and configuration at industry trade shows
Collaborate effectively with Service Management, providing updates on assigned tasks and promptly reporting any field issues that may impact service deadlines
Assist the installation team as needed
Adhere to safe working practices and instructions in compliance with health and safety regulations

Qualifications and

Skills required:

AAADM accreditation
Demonstrated experience with a diverse range of automatic doors
Relevant experience in industries such as glazing, passenger lifts, HVAC or automotive
Valid driver's license
A positive attitude and the ability to independently solve problems
Exceptional customer service skills
