Position
Residential New Construction HVAC Mechanic
LocationYork, PA
Job DescriptionWe are looking to hire a full‑time Residential New Construction HVAC Mechanic to install heating and cooling systems in residential new construction. This role also includes training HVAC helpers.

Qualifications- Licensed as a journeyman OR 3+ years of new home construction experience
- Knowledge of applicable state codes
- Hands‑on knowledge of residential HVAC construction
- Valid driver’s license
- Acceptable driving record
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs. and work outside in a variety of weather conditions, from heights, and in tight spaces
- Have own hand tools regularly used by HVAC mechanics
Good communication skills, self‑motivated, career‑minded, works well as part of a team, handles customers and fellow workers courteously, enjoys mentoring, committed to quality work, and motivated to improve.
