Salary: £40-45k per annum

Hours:

40 hours per week

• General Gas and HVAC plant maintenance
• Maintenance / repairs / on general gas kit, Unvented hot water cylinders, including mechanical & plumbing on site
• To maintain on site logbooks, permits & site paperwork ensuring they are completed and up to date.
• Knowledge and experience of all Gas plant including, but not limited to Commercial gas boilers/water heaters, unvented hot water heaters, plumbing & pipework systems, expansion vessels, pumps etc.
• The callout rota is on a rotating cycle (roughly 1 in 8 weeks).

• Candidate has knowledge of gas systems/plant and over 5 years’ experience in similar Gas/Plumbing / HVAC/ Maintenance Engineer type role.
• Ideal candidates will come from a Facilities Maintenance background and worked in similar environment.
• Health and safety awareness.

• NVQ Level 2/3.
