Electrical Qualifying Supervisor
We are looking for a conscientious and fully qualified Electrical Qualifying Supervisor to join our dedicated trades team covering our social housing contract in the Leeds area. Because of the nature of our works, you will be passionate about delivering exceptional customer service, understanding the impact you make in people’s homes.
Responsibilities- Complete ongoing electrical testing (EICRs) and repairs within occupied residential properties.
- Check and sign off electrical certification conducted by other electricians and notify building control of new installation works.
- Ensure installations of works surrounding kitchens and bathrooms are completed to a quality standard and post inspections are completed.
- Validate electrical repairs, small works, and test & inspections.
- Qualified to an NVQ level 3 Electrical Installation, and AM2 essential.
- NVQ 2391 - Testing and Inspection essential.
- 18th Edition Wiring Regulations essential.
- Experience working within domestic environment and comfortable working within occupied residential properties.
- Flexibility and a can‑do attitude, with occasional requirement to be part of on‑call rota for emergency out of hours electrical work.
- Strong customer‑facing skills essential, as you will often be the face of the business from our customers’ perspective.
- A full UK driving licence essential for this role.
- Competitive basic salary of £43,095 for a 39‑hour working week.
- On‑target earnings up to £47,151 with bonus, overtime and callout.
