Field Service Engineer – Photocopiers
LocationM1 corridor – Nottingham/Derby/South Yorkshire
Are you an experienced Field Service Engineer with MFD/photocopiers exposure? This is a superb opportunity to join a respected, forward‑thinking print solutions provider, supporting a diverse client base across the Nottingham/South Yorkshire/Derby region. You will be part of a professional service team known for its technical excellence and customer‑first approach, delivering expert maintenance, fault diagnosis, and installations for premium print technology.
Responsibilities- Respond to service calls and perform repairs on MFD equipment
- Diagnose faults and carry out effective repairs through cleaning, adjustment, or part replacement
- Complete scheduled preventative maintenance to minimise downtime
- Install new devices and ensure optimal performance and customer satisfaction
- Escalate complex issues and collaborate with technical support teams
- Maintain accurate service records and documentation
We are looking for a confident, technically skilled engineer who thrives in a fast‑paced field environment and takes pride in delivering exceptional service.
Key Skills & Experience- Proven experience supporting MFDs / photocopiers
- Strong fault‑finding and diagnostic skills
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively across multiple client sites
- A proactive mindset with a commitment to continuous learning and technical development
- Full UK driving licence
- Up to £32,000 + Bonus
