The Role
As a Panel Beater / Panel Technician, you'll be responsible for restoring accident-damaged vehicles to manufacturer and industry standards while maintaining the highest levels of quality and efficiency.

Your responsibilities will include:

· Repairing and replacing damaged vehicle panels using approved repair techniques.

· Removing and refitting body panels and associated components.

· Carrying out structural and cosmetic repairs to manufacturer specifications.

· Using specialist repair equipment and tools safely and effectively.

· Working closely with colleagues to ensure vehicles are completed on time.

· Maintaining exceptional standards of workmanship and attention to detail.

· Following all health and safety procedures and workshop processes.

· Ensuring every completed repair meets quality control standards before handover.

About You
We're looking for an experienced and motivated Panel Beater / Panel Technician who takes pride in delivering high-quality repairs.

You should have:

· Previous experience as a Panel Beater, Panel Technician or Vehicle Body Repair Technician.

· Recognised apprenticeship or Level 3 qualification in Vehicle Body Repair (NVQ/IMI/SVQ/ATA), with ongoing commitment to continuous professional development.

· Strong knowledge of modern accident repair methods and body repair techniques.

· The ability to work efficiently without compromising quality.

· Excellent attention to detail and a commitment to producing first-class repairs.

· A positive attitude and the ability to work well within a busy workshop team.

· A full UK driving licence.
