Ipaf Operator

Multi Trades Recruitment is looking for an IPAF Operative to begin work for a well‑established company in the York area.

Working Hours:

Monday to Friday, 8:00 am – 6:00 pm (10 hours paid).

Pay Rate: £19.00‑£22.50 per hour (dependent on experience).

Brief Role

Description:

Operating a cherry picker (MEWP) to support the installation of large metal tanks. Alongside operating the IPAF equipment, you will assist with general site duties, including lifting materials and supporting installation teams.

• Punctual & reliable
• Previous experience operating MEWPs essential
• Valid CSCS card required
• Valid IPAF 3a/3b licence required
• Experience using hand and power tools preferred
• Willing to work away from home when required (accommodation provided)

• Supporting installation of tanks using bolts and washers
• Carrying out general site duties when not operating the MEWP
• Following all site health & safety procedures
