HVAC Total FM Recruitment is seeking an experienced Maintenance Plumber to join a leading facilities management provider on a prestigious site in York. The role covers planned and reactive plumbing maintenance, domestic water systems, TMV maintenance, and compliance records.
You'll work Monday to Friday with overtime opportunities and on-site parking. The ideal candidate will hold NVQ Level 2 or 3 Plumbing, have FM/building services experience, and strong communication skills to deliver
