Be an experienced plasterer capable of internal skimming, dry lining, and external rendering on our project sites. You will ensure all surfaces are prepared properly and finished. Carry out planned and reactive works as required within the agreed times and to the highest standard, complying with current regulations and clients specifications Working either as part of the project team or reactive maintenance teams completing small maintenance tasks under the instruction of a local site supervisor/Helpdesk without local supervision Able to carry out works as per agreed time frames ensuring practical completion is achieved as scheduled Undertake a range of maintenance repairs including installation of building fabric fixtures & fittings, civil works (paving, concreting, bricklaying, tiling, curbing, fencing, small tarmac repairs), site clear ups, small roofing repairs, patching & painting Deliveries of material between sites and local suppliers Sites Waste Management Observing the highest levels of health and safety at all times and ensure the best possible working practices are adhered.

It does not attempt to detail every activity. Specific tasks and objectives will be agreed with the post holder at regular intervals. About You Desirable Criteria:
Current full UK drivers licence Having previously engaged with Employment & Skills Knowledge of the Trade/Building industry Registered CSCS/CSR Card or equivalent skill card Site Supervision Safety Training Scheme (SSSTS) Plant Operator Licenses
- Digger, MEWP, telehandler, Dumper, Trailer etc. Please note that Applicants will not be expected to meet any (or all) of the desirable criteria to be considered for interview.
