PRS is seeking a Maintenance Handyperson to join our York-based team on a permanent basis. The role focuses on fabric maintenance across a large estate, performing general handyperson tasks, basic trades, and compliance checks.
The position is full-time with a 1pm–9pm Monday–Friday shift and a circa £30,000 basic salary. You will handle general PPM and reactive maintenance, basic plumbing, caretaking duties, tap temps, emergency light checks and other ad-hoc tasks.
