Multi Trade Operative

Multi Trade Operative needed in East London Paying £18.22 per hr  Full time on a temporary basis

Key Responsibilities Carry out a wide range of responsive repairs and maintenance works within occupied and void properties. Deliver high-quality plumbing or carpentry repairs alongside other multi-trade tasks. Complete work orders efficiently and in line with service standards and timescales. Maximise first-time fix rates and minimise repeat visits. Diagnose faults and identify the most effective repair solutions. Ensure all work is completed safely and in compliance with health and safety regulations.

Maintain accurate records of work undertaken using handheld technology or job management systems. Provide excellent customer service and maintain positive relationships with residents.
