Role Overview
Multi Trades Recruitment is looking for Skilled Labourers to begin work for a well-established company in the York area.
Role DetailsWorking Hours:
Monday to Friday, 8:00am - 6:00pm (10 hours paid)
Pay Rate: £17.00-£20.00 per hour (dependent on experience)
Brief Role
Description:
Working as part of a site team assisting with the construction of large metal tanks. Duties include lifting and positioning metal sheets, installing bolts and washers, and supporting installation works using hand and power tools.
- Assisting with the construction and installation of metal tanks
- Lifting and positioning metal sheets
- Installing bolts and washers
- Using hand and power tools safely
- Supporting site trades where required
- Maintaining a safe and tidy working environment
- High work ethic & team player
- Punctual & reliable
- Previous experience as a Skilled Labourer essential
- CSCS card required
- Experience using hand and power tools essential
Minimum 2 years' relevant site experience preferred - Willing to work away from home when required (accommodation provided)
- Accommodation provided when working away
- Long‑term opportunity (up to 4 months)
- Opportunity to work on specialist engineering projects
