Call-Out: 1 in 30 – £120 Standby

We’re looking for Multiskilled Engineers to join an established Facilities Management team working across commercial office sites.

The role is 70% PPM / 30% reactive, with a strong focus on planned maintenance.

Saturday and Sunday are key working days, with flexible 4-day patterns available:

• Thursday–Sunday
• Friday–Monday
• Saturday–Tuesday

• Planned preventative maintenance (PPM) across commercial sites.
• Reactive maintenance and fault finding.
• General multiskilled / building services maintenance.
• Remedial and small works.
• Complete maintenance records and reports.
• Work across Birmingham, Midlands, Nottingham, Yorkshire, North West and surrounding areas.
• Participate in the 1-in-30 call-out rota.

• Experience as a Multiskilled Engineer / Maintenance Engineer.
• Commercial maintenance experience.
• Strong PPM and reactive maintenance background.
• Air Conditioning Engineers particularly welcome.
• Comfortable working independently across multiple sites.
• Full UK Driving Licence.
