Are you an experienced multiskilled tradesperson looking for your next role—somewhere you can make a real difference in people’s lives? If so, you’re in the right place! We’re on the lookout for a Multiskilled Joiner to join our Repairs team.

Your main patch will be York and surrounding areas
, though you may occasionally travel across Yorkshire.

• £33,814.22 per year based on a 37.5‑hour week, plus opportunities for overtime and call-out pay
• 26 days annual leave (rising each year to 31), plus Bank Holidays

We’re looking for someone who can hit the ground running— confident across a range of trade skills and experienced in repairs and maintenance . Experience with in social housing is a bonus but not essential; what matters most is the skillset and positive attitude you bring to the team.
