Painter Required
Working Hours
* 8 hours per day
* Shift: 8:00am - 4:30pm (Half an hour unpaid break)
* Daily reporting time: 7:30am
Role Responsibilities
* Filling, sanding and painting fire rated timber leaf/frame as required (FD30 / FD60). After remedial works/ installation works
* Maintaining clean, compliant work areas.
* Following instructions from the site manager and working neatly with floor protection.
* Uploading clear photos of completed works as required.
Certificates Required
* CSCS
* Asbestos Awareness
* Working at Height
* Evidence of previous work on fire rated doors (preferred)
Tools Required - Painter
General Painting Tools:
* Rollers, brushes, trays
* Filling knives and scrapers
* Sanding blocks
* Caulking gun
* Cleaning materials
Specialist Tools:
* Electric sander (mandatory)
* Dust extractor (mandatory)
* Vacuum cleaner (industrial preferred)
Minimum door painting expectation - 6-8 doors/frame a day: full redecoration
