VGC is currently recruiting an experienced Mechanical Supervisor for ongoing substation works in the York / Overton area. This is an excellent opportunity for a suitably qualified professional with a strong background in mechanical and electrical (M&E) installation within substations.
Requirements for this Mechanical Supervisor role:- Previous experience in mechanical and engineering works within substations
- Valid National Grid Person and BESC qualifications
- Valid SSSTS certificate
- Experience in M&E installation, including fitting substation equipment and carrying out earthing works
- CP and HSG4 qualifications desirable
- Proof of the right to work in the UK
