PWM Hydraulics is looking for an Office Manager to direct operations at our Yorkton plant. This permanent role is essential for maintaining administrative efficiency and coordinating office activities.
As the Office Manager, you will oversee operations, ensure workflow efficiency, and maintain critical records. Your ability to manage multiple responsibilities independently will support various departments, including HR and accounting. We value strong organizational skills and experience in office management to enhance our operations.
Key Responsibilities:
• Supervise daily office operations and administrative functions
• Coordinate procedures to improve workflow efficiency
• Maintain documentation and company records
• Facilitate effective communication within the office
• Provide support for HR, accounting, and admin tasks
Requirements:
• Previous experience in office management preferred
• Strong organizational and time-management abilities
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office essential
• Capable of managing multiple tasks independently
• Experience in a manufacturing or industrial setting an asset
