Part-Time Member Services Representative

Become a key ambassador for member services at Conexus Credit Union in Yorkton. This part-time temporary role supports everyday banking, ensuring our members' needs are met with diligence.

As a Member Services Representative I, you will be the first point of contact for our members and help them with daily banking tasks until December 31, 2026, with potential extension.

Your role consists of processing transactions and identifying members’ needs to enhance their financial well-being. Emphasizing member relationships, you'll also learn how to execute various branch functions and assist with referrals to Financial Advisors.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide comprehensive daily banking services like deposits and withdrawals

• Identify and respond to members’ financial needs proactively

• Assist in opening accounts and processing credit card applications

• Refer members to Financial Advisors for tailored services

Requirements:

• High School Diploma required

• Ability to build trust and strong relationships

• Comfortable in a dynamic, flexible environment

• Excellent communication and listening skills

• Passion for member service and financial improvement
