As a Front Desk Agent at Holiday Inn Express, you will be responsible for delivering excellent customer service by greeting guests, confirming their reservations, and addressing inquiries effectively. You’ll also play a role in the night audit, helping set up breakfast areas and maintaining cleanliness. This role requires a combination of communication and operational efficiency to meet guest needs.

Key Responsibilities:

• Greet and recognize every guest upon entry

• Confirm and update guest reservation details

• Respond to inquiries about room bookings over the phone

• Process guest payments accurately

• Ensure a tidy work environment at the front desk

Requirements:

• Willingness to work morning, evening, and night shifts

• Ability to stand for extended periods

• Must handle up to 25 lbs

• Efficient in resolving guest-related issues

• Must be legally entitled to work in Canada
