Position: Senior Finance Director Role
Shape the financial landscape as the Senior Finance Director at Legacy Co-op, overseeing financial management for a $100+M retail operation. Ensure strategic financial planning and compliance practices.

As a crucial member of the Senior Leadership Team reporting to the General Manager, this role involves managing annual budgets, leading financial reporting, and ensuring adherence to auditing practices. You will oversee the IT team and implement financial procedures that foster ethical business operations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Direct the annual budget process and approvals

• Oversee financial reports and year-end transitions

• Ensure compliance with internal auditing and loss prevention

• Manage the IT department to support operations

• Lead the organization in financial growth strategies

Requirements:

• CPA designation or comparable education

• 5 years as a Finance Manager or equivalent role

• 8+ years of financial experience, retail preferred

• Strong team leadership and coaching ability

• Knowledgeable of brand building and management
