As a key member of the Legacy Co-op, you will ensure that your produce team delivers high-quality service while maintaining budget controls and productivity standards. Focus on team development, safety compliance, and executing effective marketing strategies within your department.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage team scheduling, performance, and development

• Ensure compliance with safety policies and standards

• Implement engaging marketing ideas to boost department performance

• Track inventory and oversee budgeting responsibilities

• Provide coaching and disciplinary feedback to team members

Requirements:

• Completion of Grade 12 and 1 year of supervisory experience

• Minimum of 2 years in a management role in retail food

• Capability to effectively coach and lead a diverse team

• Strong analytical and interpersonal skills

• Flexible availability, including evenings and weekends
