Position: Field Service Heavy Equipment Technician Needed

In this full-time position, you will utilize your Red Seal certification and contribute significantly to our Service team. You'll be responsible for major repairs with little supervision while developing and mentoring apprentices in the field. Your technical know-how, coupled with strong safety awareness, allows you to diagnose and troubleshoot equipment effectively.

Key Responsibilities:

• Perform extensive diagnostics and repairs safely

• Mentor apprentice technicians for skill development

• Ensure high standards of customer service

• Communicate with customers regarding parts and service

• Report equipment trends and leads to supervisors

Requirements:

• Red Seal Heavy Equipment Technician Certification

• 2-5 years of experience in a similar role

• Strong mechanical and technical understanding

• Good verbal communication skills

• Familiarity with health and safety regulations
